DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Times

We are proud of our fast delivery track record, and try very hard to get your goods to you as soon as we possibly can. Wherever possible we dispatch First Class on the same or next working day after your order/payment has been received. Your goods will normally be with you within 1 to 3 days, and usually no longer than a week (weather and strikes permitting).

Please note that some items may be sent separately from your main order and may take longer. We will update you with anticipated delivery times as appropriate.

If there has been a breakdown in the delivery chain for any reason which leads to a delay in your order, we will let you know, and keep you informed during the whole process. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays occasionally happen. Fat Banana Feet shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within these estimated timescales.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, you can ask to be notified by email when the item is due in, and we will let you know as soon as possible what the anticipated delivery date will be.

Shipping Costs

Prices are available on application (POA) for overseas shipping - please Contact Us for a quote.

Returns  

We want your shopping experience with Fat Banana Feet to be an enjoyable experience, and will do our best to resolve any issues you have. We have a 30 day unconditional returns policy, provided you return the item within its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Any faulty products will of course be replaced or refunded as required. Faulty items must be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt.

Please Contact Us for details of how to return the item. Unless the item is faulty and is being exchanged, there may be a £20.00 collection charge applied in the case of large items such as ride-ons. If you post items back to us, we recommend that you request a proof of postage (free of charge) from the Post Office. Note that unless the item is faulty, we cannot refund any return postage.

If there are any cancellation charges from our suppliers as a result of you cancelling an order, we reserve the right to deduct these from any refunds.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
