Q: Who are Fat Banana Feet?

A: We are a limited company, registered and based in the UK, that has been set up to make the locating of interesting and fun kids items an easier task. Based on our own experiences of trying to find those special products that show you have really thought about a gift for your children, or as presents for others, we have brought together a site that includes toys, arts & crafts, creative books, accessories, furniture and some larger superior quality toys that we feel sure will provide you with some exciting gift ideas. Our primary aims are these:

• To provide unusual, quirky, thought-provoking or exciting items that can’t easily be found in the High Street

• Wherever possible, our products should have educational or developmental properties, or be really fun and compelling!

• All items should be of the highest quality

• We will always do our best to provide the lowest prices of any UK-based site on the Internet. Provide us with evidence of genuine prices below ours, and we’ll do our utmost to match or beat them.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

A: We have a standard delivery charge of £3.95 for all orders, regardless of the number of items you order (only £2.95 if your order is under £10.00, and £1.00 if the order is less than £2.00). For larger items, such as the pedal cars or furniture, there may be a higher shipping charge, and this will be indicated on the product page by our Banana Rating. A: We are very proud of our reputation for quick delivery (see our Testimonials for what some of our customers have said about us). We do our utmost to process your order within an hour of receipt, and will schedule your goods for delivery as soon as possible after this. In general you will receive your items within a maximum of 7 working days, and usually much quicker - we will keep you informed of progress. Click here for full details of our Delivery Policy.

A: We accept returns provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt, and provided the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. The details of our Returns Policy can be found within our Delivery Policy.

A: No. We are a web-based company, which allows us to minimise our overheads and keep our prices as low as we possibly can. We aim to always have the lowest prices on the ‘Net.

A: Yes, all our items meet UK and EU standards, and are appropriate for use in the UK.

A: Yes. We publish a monthly newsletter that we circulate to all our subscribers. Simply create an account (all we need is your email address). Our newsletter includes information on New Products and in-depth information and reviews of Featured Products, as well as advice and guidance on how to use our products, and ideas for special projects.

A: Yes. We absolutely will not send you any communications that are unrelated to your specific order if you ask us not to. Simply tick the check-box option on the My Account page to not receive any unsolicited email.

A: All your details are kept on our secure web-server only, and never transferred anywhere else. We will never pass on your details to anyone, except where it relates specifically to your order (your delivery address to the shipping company, for example).
