Privacy Policy

We take your on-line privacy very seriously. We only use the information we collect about you carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Our policy in summary is as follows:

• We will NEVER pass your details on to any 3rd party unless you expressly ask us to do so, or where it is specifically necessary for the fulfillment of your order (e.g. your delivery address to the shipping agent)
• We will NEVER telephone you about anything except your specific order, and then only if we feel it is necessary to do so to provide you with a better service related to your transaction
• We will NEVER sell or distribute your email address or any other details to anyone (excepting as above, where it is a part of the requirements to fulfill your order)
• The details we hold about you are as follows:
• If you have placed an order with us, we hold  your name, address, telephone number and email address and the delivery address(es) for your orders. We do NOT retain details of your credit card. We also maintain a record of your product selections in our orders file should there be any queries regarding your order. We do NOT have access to your account password, as this is encrypted, though we can allocate a new password for you should you forget it
• If you have requested our newsletter, or created an account with us without placing an order, all we keep is your email address. If you wish to tell us who your are, and your contact details, then this can be done so via the Your Account page, in which case we retain details of your name, address and phone number as per your update
• If you have visited our site, we keep generic details of how many visitors we have had, and how many web page hits there have been. We also keep statistics on which domains have referred to us, and your IP address at the time of your visit. No use is made of these statistics beyond our own marketing analysis of where we are getting our referrals from, and in what volumes
• From time to time we may send Registered Users promotional emails or materials regarding our product range and promotions. We will NOT do so if you have opted out of this by selecting the opt out check-box on the Your Account page
